The General Board of Global Ministries is the global mission agency of The United Methodist Church, its annual conferences, missionary conferences, and local congregations. It is organized into eight program areas, the Women's Division, and General Administration.oll free 800-969-8201.
The Gospel-- the Good News of God's love and gifts of redemption and reconciliation-- empowers the work of mission.
Making disciples, building up the church, alleviating suffering, and promoting justice, freedom, and peace are Global Ministries' mission goals.

Lunch With The Savutos
The Global Ministries task force invites all who are interested to our lunch on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009 at 12:00 here in the MInistry Center. This is your opportunity to meet two of our own missionaries from the North Texas Conference, Bill and Jerri Savuto. Lunch will be provided, the cost is $5 per person.

2009 Honduras Mission Summit
Location: Christ Church United Methodist in Louisville, Kentucky
Dates: September 10-12, 2009
For those who are interested in the work of Christ in Honduras. We will hear from Bishop Elías Galván, from pastors and leaders in Honduras, and experienced work and medical team leaders from the United States churches. We'll also explore ways that our US churches can more closely work together and help strengthen the Methodist Mission churches of Honduras.
