In 2005, the North Texas Annual Conference approved the Cameroon Initiative as the quadrennial mission focus. This was voted on again in 2008 and it was decided to continue to assist Cameroon until 2011.€€Several North Texas Conference congregations have formed€partnerships with one of the 19 United Methodist Churches in Cameroon.

Mobil Eye Clinic Ministry€€ *New for 2009-2010*€€
