Vision.

To spread the gospel and make disciples of Jesus Christ in a Hispanic/Latino context.

Mission.

€

Call, equip, send, and strengthen discipleship in the Hispanic/Latino context.

Goals

€To continue encouraging, strengthening, and providing leadership to the local church.
€To continue promoting all existing Hispanic/Latino ministries around the conference.
€Work with the Creating Congregations Team to identify, develop, organize and support congregational systems to help non-Hispanic/Latino local congregations seeking to do Hispanic/Latino ministry in their communities.
Workclosely with District Superintendents, District to support, guide, resource, and train Hispanic/Latino pastors in the process of becoming associate members of the North Texas Conference or with the process of local pastor, ordain elders and deacons. and Conference Board of Ordained Ministry
To establish and develop respect, honoring and mutuality between the Hispanic/Latino pastors, their congregations and the North Texas Conference.
